Commercial Vehicle Issues

If you operate any of the following types of commercial motor vehicles (CMV) you must comply with the applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) or Canada Motor Vehicle Transport Act (MVTA) safety regulations concerning:

• Drug and alcohol testing for all persons required to possess a Commercial Driver's License
